INSURANCE OUR OFFICE ACCEPTS
Our office accepts most major medical policy insurers. We are providers with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, and Cigna. We also are Medicare providers and accept assignment with Medicare. We accept many of the Medicare Advantage plans as well. We are not providers for any of the HMO plans, however.
